Returns

Items in unused and original condition are eligible for returns within 30 days by mail. Complete the Return Form included in your package indicating the quantity, item number and reason code for your return(s)

Returns by Mail:

Once we have received and validated your returned parcel it will be processed into our system and a notification email will be sent to you. Any refund due to you may take up to 7 business days from Keen Jewel's email to you confirming receipt and validation but our aim is to process refunds within 5 days upon receiving your items at our warehouse All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are not refundable. It can take up to an additional 3 to 5 business days for funds to be credited to your account.

Exchanges

If you require an exchange, please return the items by mail. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and therefore not considered for exchanges.

Please allow 5* business days, from the receipt of your return package, to process your returns. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your original payment method.

We apologize for any inconvenience if you are missing items from your order or received the incorrect item. If this should happen please contact our Customer Care team immediately so we can resolve the issue.
